In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the programs and activities provided by The Institute for Professional Development, I, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. I voluntarily agree to participate in the programs and activities offered by The Institute for Professional Development and hereby assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation, including but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, illness, or death.
2. I understand that participation in these programs and activities may involve certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, equipment, weather, and the actions of others. I acknowledge that these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, or other causes.
3. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Institute for Professional Development, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in such programs and activities, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.
4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Institute for Professional Development, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to my participation in the programs and activities provided by The Institute for Professional Development.
5. I understand and agree that this Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, and shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
6. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions and understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it. I further acknowledge that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

By participating in the programs and activities provided by The Institute for Professional Development, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Waiver of Liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
